Users can progress through four different levels in the app, each associated with specific perks:
1. **Bronze**: Initial status upon account creation, includes a birthday gift of 500 dinars and a 5% cashback.
2. **Silver**: Requires a minimum spending of 100,000 dinars annually, offers a 1000 dinar birthday gift and a 5% cashback.
3. **Gold**: Requires a minimum spending of 250,000 dinars annually, provides a personal choice bottle of liquor as a birthday gift and a 5% cashback.
4. **Black**: Requires a minimum spending of 500,000 dinars annually, includes a premium bottle of liquor as a birthday gift, a 7% cashback, free reservations, and a personal concierge service.
